No every time they will try to burden load over you... yes culture is toxic.....one more thing you are effecient to do work 24 hours they will try chek your efficiency....i have done everything to let the site continued....mai site incharge hu as per my power but by designation me i am an BTECH Engineer.

I got selected through campus placement. My seniors who got in l&t last year and also my placement incharge told me that we'll get it in June. I'm anxious about it too. Don't worry, everything will work out fine.
