If you have the hatchet equipped you can hit RB and smash the dolls instead of having to throw them.

I know this is pretty old at this point but just did a run where the picture on the mirror in the bathroom didn't spawn looked everywhere and no one had posted the same issue. So I thought I would. I was able to do a reset on my second playthrough to get it to render in after I got to the bathroom and still get the achievement hope this helps.

Great guide as aleays thanks for that! You actually can skip the second playthrough by deleting your local save twice after you get the first ending. Dont close the game after achievement pops go straight in manage games delete the save star the game and you should be on the last checkpoint. I know it saves only ten minutes but it is still good to know.

+xXMonstermanzZ Ah, that makes sense. I did some testing and didn't find a way for it to trigger the ending as a checkpoint. Good job finding this! Probably saves a few minutes. Also, had to do the no candles run, so needed that 2nd run anyways!

Some information for folks. 1) +XxMonstermanxX 's tip works 100% (full credit). As soon as you get the achievement for finishing your first ending, pause, go to manage games but DON'T exit the app. Delete LOCAL save, re-open app (will auto close) and let data sync. Continue game, and do the alternate ending. 2) If your game glitches in the cage at the end, it's probably because of the flamethrower. For me, 3 times with phone in one hand and flamethrower in the other glitched my game, 3 times throwing my flamethrower away after the rope and running to the cage with just my phone worked. I think it freezes because it doesn't think you can pick up the axe. 3) For me, the picture in the bathroom glitched. Just quit to menu, continue, and it should eb there for you. You might need to backtrack to reclaim your axe, which is in the same room as the safe anyway :)) +1 as always from my Maka my man

I made two discoveries, one actually useful: to smash the Russian dolls, I found it easier to simply hold the doll and press RB to hit the doll with your hatchet... no hassle with throwing, picking it back up, etc. Also, "Wales Interactive" pops simply by smashing the painting with the hatchet -no need to burn it.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet but you don't have to throw the dolls if you have the hatchet in hand just swinging at them after you pick them up and they're floating in front of you might work with the hairspray flamethrower two

Thanks for the easy plat guide. I must say this game sucks though. Both of my runs required me to restart the game at the end multiple times cause the game glitched when the cage falls on you and then you can't move. I can't believe this game made it past quality control.
