The table showing which notes you add for the mode "flavor" was a really great visual - thank you. Excellent lesson.

As someone who's trying to get better at improvisation, I must say this is very helpful ! I got this video recommended to me by YT as well as the one for tension/release. Short videos (I mean, I want to practice playing, not watch a 45mn video on all modes and learn nothing haha), clear and cool concepts, ACTUALLY useful stuff that I will use right away. That is awesome content, thank you !

Love this Joe. I like to use Aeolian to practice hammer ons and pull offs, and it’s exactly that added 2nd and flatted 6th that I enjoy trilling with. All while feeling comfortably at home in the pentatonic. Thanks ❤

Awesome man, you clearly know your way around a fretboard.

@@joemacedomusic thanks for the encouragement. Even better is triiling in the exotic phrygian, on the b2nd and b6th.

Good lessons appreciate your time. Just curious is there a risk of road rash (leather jacket ) while playing guitar? Lol looks good though!

Thanks man. And can't say I have experienced that yet, I'll keep you posted though
