I just realized they hate failing each other and sometimes don't feel they deserved to be saved by the other. It's like Dean doesn't feel he is good enough for Cas and vice versa. Now I really feel emotional of the depth of their relationship where both men really care about the other one's needs (and well-being) ahead of his own. Loved this video!
