I love this so much, you have such great energy, and the tips are so useful, I can't wait to put them into practice myself. 1 tip for you: the quick flips between the side and front angles are a little jarring. Space them out a little more and slow them down

Thank you so much! Will try that next time I edit! Have a great week ahead xx

I love how your environment and decoration in general (including clothing and accessories) reflect your unique personality! That is something beautiful that I aspire to convey too in my daily life and personal projects. Thank you ♡

Thank you so much! Honestly, your comment is so kind and generous that I think you're already doing it -- your personality shines through and I'm very lucky to be a witness. I wish you all the very best with your projects!

All of those tips are actually useful, thank you so much) I especially like the "Embrace the ugly!"( I'm a chronic overthinker and being critical doesn't really help with the creativity)

So true! I'm really glad you found these useful and I understand you so well. I look smart on camera, but you know what? I still can't get to that painting! I'm honestly pretty tired from teaching, but I'm definitely going to try and "start small" this weekend. Let me know how your process goes. I'm cheering you on!

There was a scientist who said that is really what people need to be creative. I was amazed, there is a science to it. Who knew!

so true! And so many techniques to boost / restore creativity too. Yet even knowing this I sometimes fall into old patterns of not allowing myself the rest I need.

Thanks a lot for reminding us about taking small steps and embracing the ugly. Finding someone who you can look up to is very appealing and actually a working idea❤As someone who’s got ADHD, all your tips are really precious 🎉I’ve also noticed that doing regular physical activity can greatly contribute to overcoming laziness. But the thing is it’s really difficult to make yourself do sports regularly😅

Thank you so much! Oh I can totally relate to struggling with a fitness regime! I just posted a new video on how to cultivate creative habits that last and there's a bit about Accountability there, I talk about it in this video too. My point: maybe you could really benefit from an exercise buddy to keep up with your routine?
@hopewheelova7752 ай бұрын
@@aniafedorova Thanks, Anna! I'm gonna watch it in the nearest time possible as well as the rest of your videos. Despite being a brilliant idea , an exercise buddy might not be my thing, unfortunately:) My brain won't tolerate constant interaction and a sort of codependency with that "buddy". Or, I might actually stop making up excuses and give it a try🤔. Why not?!🤫I'll definitely reflect on that ! Thank you🤩
