If this type of thing really happens I would definitely recommend going to the hospital you may be put on suicide watch but it would be the safest place to be in addition to the almost immediate mental and physical care for something as serious as attempts it wouldn’t even take more than ten minutes like me I had a med that caused suicidal ideation and I didn’t feel safe not to hurt myself and all I said at 2am at the hospital was I don’t feel safe not to hurt myself and I immediately got put in a room
