Yess I've lived so much of my life being afraid of being seen until the past year!! It's still been a challenge where I could feel resistance in certain situations, but I absolutely always keep it pushin' and notice when I'm getting out my comfort zone! Thank you Martina 💜💜🙌🏽🙌🏽💯💯

Good insight. We do sometimes mixup the fear of failure with the fear of being seen because We tend to believe that everyone will be able to tell(see) that we have done something wrong.

Be your own cheerleader! It's interesting that you mention one will focus on the negative comment and not the 100 positive. I have this way of knowing how a person receives things by exactly that. I see how they think by that measure. Great insights, Martina! 🙌🏾🌷🦋☀️
