I'm 67 and still trying to figure out what I'm going to do in life

I love this 30 minutes for 30 days idea. Anything we can do for 30 days in a row will help build that activity into a daily habit. Thank you!

TY, Dave. I put a check mark on the calendar when I exercise. 🏃♀🚴♀.

Thank you, Dave so true…. My dad and mom worked so hard to support seven brothers and sisters and myself.. They both retired 1984. They aged more in 1 year, mostly because they didn’t have any plans. Thank God they realized this and became very active in the community and church. They also started having grandchildren 👶🏽 visit them! Both lived wonderful lives into their 90’s. Semper Fi!🇺🇸❤️

Love this, another great video, Dave! Stress IS the main thing I want to get rid of in retirement, never thought of stress as good for the mind, body and spirit😊

I totally related to this. I retired at 55, after being laid off, to help my husband care for his parents. I started a blog and my YT channel to keep my brain ticking andd started taking better care of my health to keep my heart ticking. I will challenge myself to get in more physical activity.

This is similar to what I did: Walk and/or run/job the number of miles in the year. Started by doing 2020 miles in 2020. I'm in the middle of 2024 miles in 2024. It comes to about 5.5 miles a day, or about 11,000 steps. Now it's just part of my life as I add other goals, but it keeps me in shape, and I can enjoy music, the youtube, or scenery/nature while walking. Your 30 minutes a day for 30 days idea is an interesting challenge. Going to figure it out and implement it.

I’m so glad I watched this video and subscribed to your channel. I’ve found the link between progress and happiness essential, just as you mentioned in this video. Thanks so much.

The great philosopher Andrew Dufrane said " get busy living or get busy dieing". You can choose to sit around, take it easy or choose to live life! What's a life without purpose? I make middle class income, I like my job and the people I work with. I plan on leaving feet first. If I lose this job I'm going to find something that gives me purpose!
