Lately I've been waking up early and not being able to get back to sleep so I binge listen to guided meditations that are calming....I pray to be able to still my mind enough to hear answers and know what's the next best thing to do, moving forward in the present circumstances (in the U.S.)

I actually came here to find out if Sanaya might have any predictions or recommendations about what's going on in the U.S....My family and I are all very concerned, but on Facebook people are absolutely panicking...While a part of me knows that having a mind full of fear isn't going to bring positive solutions, another part of me is wondering, are people right in getting or renewing passports, and taking all their money out of the bank right now?? I had breakfast the other morning with a friend and she was actually yelling at me that I was engaging in "spiritual bypass" when I was discussing possible spiritual perspectives on the situation at hand....I SO long for a higher perspective that would allow us to stay safe....I know we should "live in the moment", but then we sometimes need to prepare for the future.....

I feel like everyone else here I haven't slept very well since Tuesday night early Wednesday morning. Where are the Arc Angeles when you need them. A woman from new Zealand said when America sneezes the reat of world 🌎 catches a cold. I feel absolutely dissolutioned and sad right now.

This election - i am not in favor of the result, personally - hit me like a tank, when i first looked at the results. I went to bed asking, ‘I hurt. What next?’ Yet KNOWING Some How LOVE is the answer. Woke up aware that my super downer was from Fear. Fear of all words becoming Truth/ Fact. But WHOSE Words EVER AALLLL Become true? Not even a dictator/ king gets Everything they want. And as much as the mouthpiece of a powerful few tell us what to think/ be/ do, we CAN make our opinion known in quiet non-violent ways as a group here, a group there. IN LOVE! IN RESPECT for my fellow souls Each living their OWN Experience. Different, rightfully theirs. I meed to Respect that is who they are, this Is what Suzanne calls their BS. Mine may be different. But it does NOT mean i am any ones door mat! Boundaries clearly marked, pleasantly stood behind, allowing ‘them’ to experience what they choose OUTSIDE my Loving boundary. Don’t need to ne Hateful/ Angry/ Hurt/ Proud to have boundaries. We need Self Respect So let us Stand in LOVE. LIVE in Love. By Loving our fellow man and Trust OUR Source/ guides/ Angels to guide us

Ya but Suzanne you are in a special place many of us still strive for. Right now the human me is hurt, is sad and truly trying to understand why Spirit would allow such a deplorable human win such a powerful position. I'm sick of the manifestations in this world.....war, fear, poverty starving children. 😢😢 I'm hurting bad and a little angry with the spirit world.

Hi Shannon, I hope you don't mind if I interject something here... so we are going through very difficult times, but there is a much, much bigger plan taking place. The earth and all of its inhabitants are headed for a shift in consciousness, and we can't get there unless the current ways of things are brought down. There is a channeler named Anne Tucker who channels the angelic realm and provides very clear messages on what's going on and what's to come. There will be some difficult times ahead but in the end it will be absolutely wonderful. ❤

Same here Suzanne! Wasn’t allowed to be angry growing up. Was stuck in the anger stage of grieving my father’s passing for years! Therapy opened my eyes to it.

Been wondering if something is wrong with me as i feel 'numb' to the happenings in the world. "I should be feeling compassionate and empathetic and sad, etc". But i just feel pretty neutral and I wonder if anyone else has experienced that throughout their healing journey? 🙏thank you

I won't let anger in either. As a teenager fighting with my brother. I had a bad experience. I got so angry at him that my body began to shake uncontrollably. Freak my brother out and scared me to death. So I don't go there ever. I don't think my body will let me go there because I don't know how to feel such a big emotion as anger. I am a very patient and laid back person. It takes a lot to even make me mad. Although, with age. That is changing. Lol 😂

I am losing my job in 3 weeks as they declined my Religious Exemption for the flu shot...... its not easy finding a job (in healthcare) now a days if you are not vaccinated. I have worked very little in 2024 as it is due to this. I already lost or sold so much, and now here I am again, losing another job.

That's how I've always felt about reincarnation, especially now--- I don't want to come back to a world where hatred is making decisions....I know such people as dictators must have been starved for love as children, but that doesn't mean it's ok for them to run roughshod over society and harm people
