I want to share this. I was meditating on my front porch and asked spirit to send me a sign that they were there. I had my eyes closed, and this something came buzzing in my face! I was afraid to open my eyes!! I opened them and looked to my right, and it was a hummingbird fluttering by my front door after my face!! I was afraid!! It was a beautiful experience that I have never encountered in my life!! Wow! I believe it was definitely a message!!

@@Blubirdmoon111 I wondered that also. I have a pair of Hummers that come to my feeder all year round. Some days they fight over it. One or the other often comes up to me when Im outside. Usually if the feeder needs changing. One day one came up to the window and got stuck on the mesh screen. I opened the window to help free it and it backed out and flew off.

@Blubirdy111 I may have written it wrong. I heard the buzzing sound before I opened my eyes, and I wasn't sure what it could have been.

Thanks so much for this video, Suzanne! I love synchronicities: I was this week reading Dawson Church's book "Bliss Brain", which talks about the Default Mode Network (DMN) and references Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor's journey as well. His book also endorses meditation because science has shown that regular meditation not only changes how you start your day, but literally changes/enhances the physical brain - we get a brain that is more resilient, creative and happier. I was delighted to understand that the DMN is precisely what I experience as my thoughts start to wander in meditation, and delighted to have ways to refocus and resume the meditation. One thing he mentions that helped me was that studies have shown that a perfect meditation session doesn't do nearly as much as a 'poor' one filled with focus, refocus and more refocus in carving the neural pathways - it's not wasted effort or a failed meditation. It is indeed practice.

Well this explains alot. Because I tried the three steps to connect with my guides from one of your earlier videos and I did and it was wonderful I heard a soft male say peace. I came out of it. After this there was no more ringing in my ears and my dreams became for vivid and I can now see my guides clearly in them. However after 3 days it went completely silent. I couldn't sense them anymore and i tried the exercise again and yes I have been meditating before all this for most of my life actually. This actually scared me because i am like where did they go? So after doing the exercise again the experience was different and there wasn't a sensation like before. I saw a image of a baby in a mother's womb moving around and he looked at me several times and then a man appeared in the background with Red and yellow aura coming from him, he had black shoulder length hair with a well groomed beard and mustache but he didn't look happy to see me and he was walking toward me. Then her exercise video took me out of it. I do not know who he was let alone anything about a baby. I am a 54 yrs old male and I am single. LoL so I guess maybe i could ask my guides about it but they are only concern with tarot, runes and a pendulum. But this video here explains quite a bit because about 3 months ago i blacked out and hit my head on the nightstand in my bedroom on the right side of my brain and boy did it turn something on like a switch.

Thank you so much for this illuminating session. The concept of the happiness set point is fascinating!! I started meditating almost 3 years ago and now usually sit morning and night most days. It got me through a period of grieving that would have otherwise been far more dark and disabling. I read Jill Bolte-Taylor’s book when it came out. Fascinating story!

My ego or left brain hasn’t been very nice to me, to include taking over my meditation with just negative thoughts lately and making me question too many things but in a negative way… I’m not sure what to do? 😢 how can I get true help… “asking for a friend”
