I don't think you're supposed to conjure the killer turn 1 unless it's via a Fright Token so this was done incorrectly and is corrected in the next one.

It’s quite a small game especially outside the US. There’s only one stockist in the UK that I’m aware of.

Something seems off (broken) with the terror tokens. You mentioned this scenario was supposed to last about 12 rounds, but with how fast everyone was getting frightened, nobody is going to last that long.

Managing terror with take a breath actions is a key mechanic of this game and in particular this scenario.

I was referencing the set killer for the mission called “Grayson” it had nothing to do with how I chose to assemble the miniature. I know the difference between Michael and Jason.
