Should just live stream out the shop every day. It would be pure content.

A lot of their content is performance and production of the video. Live streaming would likely be a bit more boring and change people's perception of the shop.

man, that last minute of footage (21:19 onwards) was hella aesthetic. the sunset, dark parking lot, sound of shoes on concrete and the light coming from the shop... great job on the video guys

Using the switch to push the pedal down, then adjusting the rod is crazy... FlyingMiata, what are you doing lol
@kd_766 ай бұрын
Adjusting the clutch switch just gives the pedal full travel. Then at full travel you get rid of the freeplay on the master pushrod

I have a honda, so not exactly miata. But I put a stage 3 clutch in and it drove for the 500 mile break in period (around 2 weeks under 4000/5000rpm). But being I don't have a shop and significant tools, I was try not to take my entire daily apart, as I have to get to work, I did part chase and put in a new CMC and SLAVE and some other unimportant stuff. The new CMC and slave is the important part here, as I didn't adjust it at all. It just says to adjust the CMC at 10,000 miles of usage. But literally THE DAY I hit 500 miles, I ended up with gear lock out on the way home. I'm curious if I have to do some dumb shit, like you did to that miata.

Time to frame those instructions lol

Yeah but why did they design that clutch like that? There are so many ways to make that clutch "feel" stock. The way that company did it, is just dumb.

That's why I won't touch exedy clutch. Act clutches are amazing and I would trust more. I had a 3000gt vr4 and tried to put an exedy in and it didn't fit right and they blamed the aluminum fly wheel when I called them. They said it doesn't work with a light fly wheel but there instruction didn't say that or there fitment guide so I sent it back and got a a.c.t clutch and got a stage 2 for cheaper and ran beautiful with the alum flywheel. Sold that car and bought a 65 Ford f100 be 390 with the same style of clutch.
