Regarding that car with messed up drain plug....if it is steel you could've weld a nut (or even a bolt) to it 🤷♂️. No need to remove the oil pan

Now that I’m looking at the trucks motor route and he say that “this truck should not be on the road at all” and I’m thinking about my truck I brought in July 2024 I brought it from a mechanic and he told me just when I got it “oh everything is fixed and we took it in to make it legal to be on road” now the December that passed, me and my uncle took it to another mechanic because I’m a woman and the truck does not have power steering, my uncle says “you shouldn’t be struggling so much to turn at all” so those mechanic’s told me (sorry I don’t know all the car part😂) that my steering rims is broken, my motor route is damage, so we go and bought the parts needed, and my uncle and grandpa fitted in. Ever sense they put the new parts in, my steering was so much better, we still have one part left but I don’t want my grandpa to put himself in more danger because you need more than one person to do it and my uncle is not of such help. But I’m waiting till my grandpa’s personal mechanic is available because I want him to service and put the last part in so it can be done. I am proud of my truck but so disappointed the guy lied to me even worse I work with his wife. But no grudges I enjoy the funny and the OMG videos and I’m trying to learn so I don’t get scammed again. Thank you for the videos.

Fun story. Got hired at a shop. shop had no manager. Was being run by district manager temporarily. Loved me. saw my strong work ethic. New manager comes. after a month i try to help him stop being a retard. He got upset feeling inferior, had me transfered to another shop without telling the district manager about it. New shop, in the ghetto. Shop dirty, worm down, basic death trap. Employees are the dumbest and laziest ive ever seen. My keen eye for detail? Manager at new store never believes me when i recommend work because his other employees never recommend work.... Most profit goes out the door. Eventually manager trusts me enough to sell more work. We start making money and go from dead last up like 6 stores. Higher ups come by to figure out how we did it. They talk to each employee privately. I mention how i was at another store and got transferred by the manager because he didnt like that i knew more than him. get told that manager who transferred me did so without permission. As good as i helped said store, the store i was originally hired at is losing money. I ask to get sent back to old store.... Old store now back up at its normal place for profit. store i left goes back to last place. I train two general service who both became techs and eventually state certified. Its wild how few people pay attention to detail. NOW? Im crippled and cant work. These videos are like pure candy bliss to me. Because we are both skilled and pay attention to detail. Its awesome. Gives me a good "fix" since i cant work anymore. Love that you showed proper oil pouring. The amount of people dont understand is wild.

Jiffy lube specials make me laugh. When people complain of oil leaks we always ask "who did your last oil change" and 9 times out of 10 the answer is jiffy lube. The one near me uses a impact gun for the oil drain plug. And we get a ton of work off it. we tell people don't go to jiffy lube. But they keep doing it....

When trying to "burp" the cooling system on those engines... rev it. Pump will create enough pressure to crack the tstat open and force thebair out. Revv it to about 2,500rpm and hold for a cpl seconds. Let idle for 5-10 seconds and repeat the process. Clutch fan will cool the coolant sure, but you still get the air out.

Pest control technician! In Australia car workshops call pest control and get bait stations put around the building, I'm not sure how it works where you are but I'd look into it, they don't come from the shop, but to stop them nesting there

You know what would be a sick addition to these series? Having some of those Meta glasses that can record. I would love to see the POV when looking under the car/inside the engine bay instead of relying on the cameraman to focus on whatever is happening. Just a thought 😅

12:20ish the Kia with the heavy trunk. Guessing the trunk springs were missing are atleast one. Could have had a carbon fiber trunk on it and removed one or both so it didn't fly open.
