@BozonCechowania5 жыл бұрын
@@bogdananderson1472 1) first of all, there are many countries in the world. We can say that each country has different behaviors and different cultures. Therefore, it cannot be said that some behaviors are an indicator for everyone. Are you saying hello to everyone? good. but that doesn't mean that if someone doesn't speak it is worse. There are no general standards in the world that you have to do that. besides, tell me how many countries in the world do that? if you could check it out then maybe saying hello to stranger is strange :). 2) Poland for half a century was a satellite state of the Soviet Union and we lived in a terrible communist system. In those days, anyone could be a cabbage and report to the authorities that you are an enemy of the communist system, which involved imprisonment and other very unpleasant things. That's why people were not trusting. Anyone could be a Soviet agent or snitch. SO maybe its the reason people are wary and not saying hello to everyone - you cant understand something if you haven't survived it. 3) remember that Poland lost the largest percentage of its citizens during the war. As far as I know 20% of whole Poland citizens. people remembered how their families were murdered. "So let them be a bit unpleasant, and not exude optimism," I say 4) saying hello to a stranger is not some standard for being a good person. the fact that in Poland we have no customs as in the states does not mean that Poles are worse - these are socio-civilization conditions that foreigners may not have a clue about.

Co więcej, w Polsce "nadskakiwanie" klientowi uważa się za poważną wadę i utożsamia z natręctwem. I am so glad you are visiting Poland. I was born in America and now moved to Poland ( I’m Polish by the way ) . Anyway I LOVE Poland it is amazing I love how no one is on their phones like America, and how everyone is on their bikes. I have visited since I was 6 or 7 years old and I am now 12 so it has been a great adventure. I have been going to school here and it’s pretty hard because, I was born talking Polish and after 5 or 6 years old I stopped talking. I heard kids and some of my family talking English/ British so I started talking it and eventually started speaking fluent English. As probably a few months past I started not talking Polish everyday and eventually stopped talking, until I had my first trip to Poland for my first cousins wedding. I was there for a week or two and understood EVERYTHING they were saying, it was kinda crazy! By the way my dad talks Polish all the time to me and I understand everything he says, so it’s not that hard to understand the teachers. The hardest part is speaking it but after being there every vacation I picked up some new words, so I started talking Polish. Oh and one thing that is annoying is I have forgotten how to say some English words, so just a great tip bring some books in Your language so you don’t forget it. I hope I did not waste your time on this comment.
