What happened to stopping at a red light whether or not turning right is allowed or if a sign is posted? If allowed, you first stop and then make your turn if the way is clear.

You know what makes Native Americans native Americans? It’s the fact that they were born here. I do have some Cherokee ancestry, but I really don’t know how much. I’ll bet it’s more than Elizabeth Warren. :D Seriously, I don’t think of myself as Native American in that sense; but truthfully, I am every bit as native to America because I was born here. And for anyone who says it’s different for American Indians because they were always here, that’s just ignorant. They weren’t always here. They came here before other groups; but they came here, too. And some of them took land from someone else. No doubt some of them took land from other American Indians. I think that an American Indian should be proud that their ancestors have been here longer than most if not everyone, but the fact that my lineage in America doesn’t go as far back doesn’t change the fact that I am a native to America. And the fact that American Indians have been here a long time doesn’t change the fact that their ancestors migrated here at some point in the past which means they come from people who weren’t always Americans.

So you don't have to stop at red lights when you are making right turns (unless there is a sign) but you can't park overnight (even if there is no sign) in Providence. Did anyone ever consider if they cleaned up the huge book of Providence laws so they matched the rest of the country (and common sense), the nice judge wouldn't need to let everyone off the hook for their violations.

Wow, "companies are beginning to be more representative of country, state and city" for a DIVERSITY themed-business. Is that a sufficient force for human progress against the dogmatism of establishment? Let's remind ourselves that innovation comes only from "mindless" and "directionless" research (high-quality higher studies financed by local governments) - this ultimately drives better quality of life and LAWMAKERS under a more educated society.

Doesn't Red light mean Stop whether you're Turning to the right or not? RED=STOP. IF IT WAS GREEN, you call still be in motion. Read your State Auto rules training book. What's the point of using different colors if they don't consist of 1 meaning.
@TheRealSAFN5 жыл бұрын
Yes, but i guess this state as long as there is no Sign saying stop at red to turn you can literally not brake and turn as long as its safe (no traffic) and no be citied a ticket
@777archangel25 жыл бұрын
@@TheRealSAFN In the training manual does not state that or does it?? Making a 90% turn on a Red light without making a complete stop wrong. I challenge the Judge on his ruling. Now in Denmark be very careful making a right when the lights go green, because pedestrians and cyclist have the right to cross and go straight over. So you would be cutting them off, plus a lot of them don't even look.
@semmert3 жыл бұрын
I don't agree with the last judgement. The light was red and she rolled through it. Frank said there wasn't a sign that told her she couldn't turn right on red... but you STILL can't just roll through a red light. No matter which direction you're going. There aren't signs that say "no going straight through red", so can I use that argument the next time I decide not to stop?
@cz23012 жыл бұрын
So the 2nd woman driving Poncho can make a turn on a red light bc there are no signs saying otherwise? What are red lights for, then?
@Van_Wilder2 жыл бұрын
I do t understand- I guess the rules of the road is different in the US? But where I’m from, going through a red is a traffic violation. Just don’t get this “there was no sign stating you can’t turn right on a red”? Red is red (STOP)
