In USA, international students with F-1 visas are not allowed to work off-campus unless it is for CPT and OPT (course related work). Hence, students come with money for living. In Canada, you are allowed to work part-time while studying; this helps with living expenses, not enough to pay for tuition.

Your video is good and informative . However why do you call some jobs menial? Is doing those jobs not better than stealing and begging for survival?. Our mentality about jobs should change. Next time, please don’t describe anybody’s work as menial. Warm regards
@Apisibey Жыл бұрын
A menial task is anything that takes very little training, skill, or talent. Some people find it relaxing to do the menial chores, even myself. The adjective menial comes from an Old French word, mensie, which means “household.” Many chores that get labeled as menial are domestic, but other jobs outside of the home are sometimes also considered menial: stuffing envelopes, data processing, repetitive assembly line work. There is no shame in doing menial jobs or calling them menial.
