One big change that I would make on ALL kitchens is to replace the cabinets with drawers. You won't lose the things that are hiding in the back and items are so much easier to remove. I had this done when I ordered my manufactured home.

Beautiful home and ilike that you get a informal breakfast area and a more formal dining room. Again I woah these could open closet doors and what I believe to be the kitchen Pantry door so I could see that. I would add cabinets in the W/D area and reduce greatly the amount of carpeting. In the master bath I would add a tile shower other%than that I really like the home especially that kitchen. The livingroom with that corner fireplace is very nice.

That first room is called a parent's retreat. It is within the main doors, so using it as an office or library would be intruding on the privacy of the bedroom.

I love this home! The kitchen is amazing - I love how open it is (currently living in a home where everything is closed off from room to room and I HATE it) and how much counter space there is. I like that there is a breakfast nook and a formal dining area. Love the huge family room - so many possibilities. I love that one of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. Very spacious home - perfect for my family.

This is a great place but for the size there are a couple of things I find disturbing. First, there is no sink in the laundry room. Every high end place should have a sink in the laundry room. Second, the master bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower was really small and the toilet was right there out in the open, which is just wrong. lol Every master bathroom should have a separate room for the toilet. I would give up the parent's retreat to make the master bathroom better. Otherwise, very nice home.
