Unfortunately, mine is growing in white! I was a toe head as a little girl, it grew into a dirty blonde in school, then dark blonde as an adult. For the past 15 years, I have been fighting gray/white coming in, but not in the front where the money piece normally goes, so the front had dark roots. The crown and temples are white. As an ex-stylist, I have been coloring it blonde myself for decades, but now I don’t know what the heck to do. I will be 58 in a few months, as reference.

Yay I'm on trend, letting my natural virgin hair grow out and getting a blunt cut on long natural hair. I went out with the girls a couple of weeks ago and had my hair up, they told me to let my hair down, and they loved it! I have spent years taking good care of my hair, this is the first time it has ever been this long ever! It is not stringy it's light and bouncy healthy and shiny and strong, and last week I trimmed my ends myself, in hopes that it will look perfect for Christmas!

TY so much for this video, Lovely Lady, I'm 63 always had a 1 length shoulder hair style w/internal layering, love the way you put it, a few months ago, I got the curtain bangs, they are finally growing out, will go back to my one length hair style again. I have gray hair that comes out as soon as I dye my hair once a month, but just not ready to go all gray, thanks again for sharing!

What would you suggest for those of us that cannot afford to go to the salon and don’t want to do a bad Hair Cuttery type hair cut and color they ruined my hair and that was enough for me. I do box colors and diy home cuts but what would you honestly suggest? Not all of us can afford to indulge our hair like that. Thanks! 😊

You could try an airdry cream vs a curly hair product. Sometimes they are lighter and don’t weigh the hair down

What exactly do youen by indide layers, how sre those being cut? I had sime fallout after pregnancy, and they mostly grew back, so my superlong hair has now "short underlayers" everywhere, approx. collarbone length. I am so tired of that and irritated, that I am thinking of that french bob, or a long bob to my collarbone. But not sure if I want any layers. Streight cut however is not my thing either. So I got curious about the long bob trend you described, but not sure about those hidden layers. Need more information. I have natural big curles/waves.

It’s hard to explain, but basically they are point cut at different places inside the hair.

I agree with embracing one’s age, but not all of us look good with gray hair. My natural hair color is very dark brown and the gray hair I have is truly ugly. My natural hair color is a very dark brown aI also have light skin and my face looks very washed out. It ages me beyond my real age.

lol, reds are never out! We all know they have more fun. I definitely saw a trend towards reds and coppers last year, but not as much this year. Fake redheads have. A lot of maintenance and I think people are moving away from maintenance. 🧡
