Love the twist to do acts of kindness. I made ornaments for the Orlando Ronald McDonald House tree, bought gifts for children whose moms are in a local home for addicts getting set free, and other items for that home and for the staff at a group home with disabled residents.

Courtney, thanks so much for sharing! I loved your "random acts of kindness" twist so much that I was inspired to do something myself. I bought a medium size moving box and decoupaged it using wrapping paper. Once dry, I filled it with inexpensive fleece throw blankets, brand new socks, personal hygiene items, stationary items, adult coloring books, colored pencils, gel pens, candies, snacks, and other little things. Once my box was filled to almost overflowing I had my husband load it in my car and I delivered it to an all female sober living house which currently has 7 residents. They were so excited, and extremely grateful. I chose this in honor of my daughter who will be 8 months and 24 days sober on Christmas day!!!! My heart is so full.. all because of you! Thank you so much for lighting a fire in me, I plan to do this every year! Merry Christmas! 🎄🧑‍🎄

Thank for you hosting this mystery box challenge. I love the idea of spreading random acts of kindness. I'm ashamed to admit that I've forgotten to do that over the past 2 years. This year I'm going to change that, thanks to you. Before covid I use to tie over 200 fleece blankets. I made them for birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries, veterans, new babies, weddings and 150 to the Linus Project. And then covid hit and the Linus Project stopped taking blankets. Over the last 2 years I've had five people in my family pass away. My mom (natural causes) 2 cousins (covid and suicide) my husband (covid 6 weeks before our 31st wedding anniversary) my sister (blood clot) and my 15 year ago nephew (drug overdose). I've just locked myself away. This year I am giving my neighbors and their 2 grown daughters a blanket. I am also giving them a second blanket to give to anyone they want to. But all they can say is I've been given 2 blankets one for my family and one to give away to anyone I want spreading random acts of kindness. Thank you for this challenge. I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas.

You did an amazing job, Courtney! I think it would be fun if the subscribers sent a mystery box! Random act of kindness, I paid for the meal for the car behind me at McDonald's. I also donate Little Debbie snacks to the Bonner County Gospel Mission (homeless shelter), the NAA and AAA meetings held at our church and donate miscellaneous items and food to Helping Hands Healing Hearts Mission (they are a Christian based mission that help out anyone in the community with food, clothes, household items, etc. All free of charge. I've been a volunteer there for 12 years and love helping others! Tfs and God Bless ❤️💚🥰

I'd like to see lottery chosen subscribers send a box per crafter. I'd also like to see the challenges be 3 items wrapped together, and all must be used in the same craft. I love the draft blocker idea. My 5 year old has me put a blanket in front of his bedroom door every night so he can't see the light from the rest of the house while my husband and I are still awake. I could make something like this for his door instead of the blanket.

Dollar Tree Christmas Fabric would be great. You’ll just probably need 2 rolls. I’m going to give that a try. My front door has a slight gap. I’m in Florida. Gaps are a big NO 😂😂 Lizards have terrible bathroom manors! 😂

The marshmallow stir sticks are amazing!! And I love the whipped clay. I work at the dollar tree and I had no idea what to do with those wooden trucks either to make them actually presentable - I adore the cookie idea!!! And your snowflake? Well, we can't win them all. We've all had an off day lol I think the snowflake with the red ribbon would have been cute, but the glitter paper threw it off. Then painting the barn was probably a bad idea. But that's the thing about crafts, we learn as we go. 😉 There's a child out there who would be jumping for joy to hang that up in their room!

Courtney, Thank you for all your challenges each month. Not only do I enjoy all the ideas, but you always have a great challenge task for all the challengers that really does take some brain power. I so enjoy the inventive mind of all these crafters. Such an enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours just sitting back watching with my coffee and laughing so often! I know it is a lot of work for all you guys, but it is so appreciated. Especially when I am having a hard day. Will rewatch these just to distract my mind to a happier time.
