Hi, does the climb up from the lagoon require great upper body strength to pull yourself up using the rope,? Or its ok to climb up by gripping the ledges

We think it would be ok to grip the ledges. The lagoon was so beautiful, go there early and don’t forget to check the other side as well 👍
