I got the esim from Airalo which not working in India right now, but in Georgia Data is cheap & there is no roaming charges in the country

Were forex or credit cards widely accepted in Georgia at the taxis, restaurants and hotels 2. Would these taxi apps work if we use an Indian sim card only on the phone with international roaming, at times the OTP does not come on international numbers 3. Would you suggest booking the day trips in advance before we reach the destination or via local tourist shops / tour operators to save on cost once we are in Tbilisi thanks in advance
