I'm glad that you enjoyed your trip to Japan. It's interesting to see through your wonderful videos that we can learn things that Japanese people take for granted and don't notice. Also, Japan is by no means a perfect country, but we must consider ourselves happy. I hope you continue to enjoy your trip to Japan.😁

I just realized that nagaimo is called wai san in Cantonese. Strangely I never realized they were the same thing because I mostly had it in soups, so the slimy crunchiness turned starchy like potato but I recently had it stir fried with celery and realized it was the same.

Man their electric bills must be super high-all the lights! The colors the smells must be incredible! They don’t wear much jewelry do they? All those shops with examples on their building to show what they sell is incredible too. Did you or will you visit any of the baths or bathhouses they call something that escapes me in this moment. Or am I getting countries mixed up? Lol any way great video as always! Thank you🙏🏻❤️

I just left Osaka today. Sadly my lil nephew and my sister has caught positive covid. They were declined by 3 clinics at first then went to the hospital and checked positive. Didn’t have strength to be walking to train stations had to rent a car for 15 days and travel around by car. We’re now at Nara. Osaka was amazing, Japan Family mart is my best friend now lol. Cream puffs, custard pudding, grape frizzy drink are 💣 😂

Maybe a good one for your next q&a. I’m moderately tattooed similar to Note. I understand some places of business don’t allow tattooed people to enter. Was wondering if you found this somewhat limiting. Or any issues from the general public
@FloraandNote Жыл бұрын
Interestingly enough, we didn't have any problems or was ever refused entry to any places. Note even got compliments for his arm sleeve from a few ramen chefs. We made sure to check if tattoo are allowed before we went to a bathhouse or onsen...usually you can find the answer in the Google reviews. We think as long as you're being respectful, the general public will not have any issues.

Yes, that's a lot of chopsticks in a year. It's totally not good for the environment. Maybe restaurants should input a discount on people's meal for bringing their own chopsticks.

Is it safe to eat the seafood because of the dumping of nuclear waste into the ocean by Japan?
@FloraandNote Жыл бұрын
It's really hard to answer that! Even with the science, you never know for sure. What we did notice was that locals and tourists were still consuming seafood...so we did as well.

don't worry about disposable chopsticks, compared to the traditional Christmas tree, it's nothing from the environment point of view.
