How can THIRTEEN people give this a thumbs down??? There are some folks that you will never please.

... Maybe some KVD wannabees think they know everything and can find fault (in their minds) with the video but to put this together took a lot of time and thought. He is very well spoken, no, um's , anywayS, or at's at the end of a sentence. Always a quality edit on his videos. Even the best anglers should be able to take away a good point or two. Thumbs up!!

The production, animation and information of this video was outstanding. You put in some dedicated work and it shows. Tremendous video.

Seriously one of the best KZbin channels Period the level of teaching is next To none they need you on bass university! Also your better then your buddy Randy who just complains about electronics maybe he should just learn from you and elevate his game.🤷♂️

Johnny, Randy gave you an amazing shout out this week (as you know) on BTL this week. I recommend your channel to ever young angler I meet that asks me questions. Even I find some little things that I had not paid attention to until your imaging videos. Bar-none yours are the best. Glad it has paid off. I’ve been following for 3+ years.

I appreciate your practical approach to fishing. Your breakdown of a body of water is excellent food for thought and has helped me tremendously. I also appreciate the fact you are not pushing $300 rods, $300 reels and $20 crankbaits. Oh...and one more thing, you don't feel like you have to drive 80 mph to get to a spot. This channel is a weekend warriors honey hole of information.
@FishtheMoment4 жыл бұрын
Glad you enjoyed, Tim! I was actually driving at 35mph and sped up the footage to make it look like I drive fast! 🤣 Gotta save gas for all my graphing

As usual, you have shown how to break down a lake using the "fish the moment principles of offshore fishing" with topography+electronics+ bait choice+technique = a happy bass fisherman! Really appreciate your videos. They are the best.

Bass fishing Nerd here! Love winter cranking. I mainly fish from a kayak and finding these areas like you are talking about takes a lot of pedaling but they are super valuable for a nice day on the water when the lake is empty!

I've been fishing for decades but mostly with live or dead bait, now I am learning to use all these plastic types, and man my head is spinning. I do like that he shows us how to do research ahead of time, so now you feel like you can get it half right, the other half is pick the right lure/bait and using it like he suggests at the right time. I've never used a diving crank bait, I had no idea they can get to 12 ft much less to 20ft. I have the perfect place to fish, now I just need to get there at sunrise, for me that is the hardest part!

Love the various points of view from your vids. Interesting to see the speed at which you reel. I should probably take into account the gear ratio a bit more than I do. I don't fish a deep diver often, but I do love a good crankbait. I appreciate all the time and energy that you put into making these educational videos.
