When I graduated from graduate school with my masters in counseling psychology, my first professional job was as a children social worker for LA county. I didnt apply for the mental health position out of fear that I wouldn't pass the state exams. 2 years later, no supervision towards my license, I decided to do what God has told me to do. If I would have operated off of faith instead of fear, I would not have to take the long way; took a different job with major paycut ($800 a month), less benefits, and 1 hour away in a different county. Fear led me to still be collecting hours 4.5 years after graduating when it should have been 2 years. So i know what fear can do. BUT it is never to late for faith. When I got out of the way and let God have the right away on his road I was able to see that I CAN AND I WILL. I have less than 200 hours out of 3,000 to go and I WILL PASS MY STATE EXAM. I WILL BE A LICENSED MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST BY THE BEGINNING OF 2020. This is what faith can do. This has truly blessed me.

Hi Steven, I accidentally stumbled across you on KZbin about an hour ago. I just want to say something. For the longest time, I kept away from church and God. I went when I was younger and when I moved in with relatives who weren’t Christian, my faith and belief in God changed. You, today, made me remember that God is always within me and has given me everything I need to do what I want to do in life - without fear, without the enemy. I was just like you once, I was saved grew up in the church,but I didn't have a relationship with Jesus and I really didn't know what that even meant, when other people would say it to me. 16-11-20 - Im currently at gym. Im not normal but I was feeling this sense of rage over situations and how people speak and treat me. I was listening to some rave music and was hoping it would go away. I just couldn't shake it off so I turned this on (it was in my watch later list). I can always count on Pastor Steven to help speak the word of God and peace into my life and situations. I have peace but I know I have to go home and meditate on the Word and think about how Im going to let go of these situations that are bothering me. I stumbled upon pastor furtick. It’s carried me. There are so many hurts but my purpose is know at 30 and I’m moving into it, everyday I receive more than I asked God for. I realised how God is with me, I’m praying a prayer of gratitude everyday. He didn’t replace one thing with another. God laid it in my heart, at 13 to live a life of service. This not in my medical career in isolation but in national service within humanitarian issues, and writing. I started changing the way I spoke to myself so this is such a reminder so I never forget. The closest people in my life left and I was discouraged but it actually was exactly when things propelled higher. Looking at my past, I can only think that this much be God.

Acts 4:10 (original scriptures) let it be known to all of you and all people of Yisra’el (Israel) that in the Name of Yahushua ha’Mashiah of Nazareth , whom you impaled (crucified) whom Yahuah raised from the dead by Him this one stands before you healthy. 4:11 This is the stone, which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone. 4:12 And there is no deliverance in anyone else, for there is no other Name under the shamayim (heaven) given among men by which we need to be saved. There is no salvation in the name Jesus Christ or any other name there was no such name in the Hebrew language 2000 years ago. Nowhere in the original scriptures does Yahuah say that his name is god so why would you want to call Him god or lord, Also this is the same for Yahushua not Jesus the name didn’t exist 2000 years ago and was only introduce by the King James Bible 5th edition their version of the bible in 1628 400 years ago.

This is exactly what I've been struggling with for so long. I talk myself out of school work and my dreams and everything. ANd this is crazy to me bc lately, I've been thinking about talking to myself and how i should start to do that. I feel that, one, my emotions and the lack of passion and discipline gets the best of me, and two, my mind is cluttered so I just go with what I feel. I tend to surrender to my tv, and I was NEVER a tv watcher. But it tunes out my mind and I don't hear about how much I need to get it together. But yeah I definitely need to talk to myself. I think I have to just start talking. And I definitely need to spend time with the Lord. Real quality time. Thank you Pastor Steven Furtick for delivering this message. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one going through this. I tend to just go straight to my TV Shows or movies after work and then to bed because I don't like to face the reality I'm in. It's discouraging and my passion is hardly there. More self-reflection and conscientious thinking is what I need, but I know it's not going to be a quick and easy process.
