Try Takshzila - This Is Where You Study on KZbin. It's completely free. Whatever topics are not covered on their free channel, you can find them on shikshak.teachable.com, but these will be paid. Great videos from both set of organisations. If you're sure you want to choose only from the options you have listed, then go for 2iim. I have NOT used their services ever, but Rajesh is a 4 time CAT 100 percentiler and I'm sure he will cover topics with a lot of depth. I still recommend Takshzila over others, though.
