I am a professor at a Brazilian public university and I was the victim of stalking on the internet because I was opposed to an invasion of the college. I know it is not easy. it also a good idea to learn self protection. Self protection is a great step in building ones self idenitey it allows the individual to have self control in bad situations. By being confident in your own abilities to protect yourself if needed. Never ever be the first to strike... As ones grows and learns it becomes so easy to just take control of the situation and even laugh while the event is unfolding. This is true.

#6 and #7 and extremely important. Not just for satisfying one's ego, but as a very practical *legal* strategy. Apologizing = accepting responsibility. Accepting that you're a racist. Therefore they have all the more reasons to cancel you now. Don't do it.

Jodi, the white light from your monitor is reflecting on your face. It's giving you a very pale, washed out appearance. You can do a couple quick and easy things that will help. 1. Turn on your Windows "Nightlight." This will take a lot of the blue light from your screen creating a soft yellow light ambience to the room and your complexion. 2. Decrease the size of the window you have open for your speaker notes (which probably has black text on a white background) and have something with a dark screen open behind it. Either of these will help. Actually, the Nightlight adjustment is probably all you need. Let me know if you have any questions, I'm happy to help. Yes Ma'am, staying calm prevents them gaining power through your anger, which could make you do something you wouldn't normally do, which they could then report you for or even call the police. Thet're radical enough to do it, too. Just stand your ground in your Godlight. Having said that, I don't agree with "Accept your Fate." A WOKE attack is not your Fate, it's being forced on you, completely against your will. I agree 1000% with, "Do Not Apologize!" This is being forced on you through a new radical form of racism and discrimination. #7 is Spot On, too! I agree. And IF you apologize, they'll use it against you. I don't know if this applies to recording live events as they happen, but the recoding of a telephone call only has to be approved by one party in the call, which specifically excludes wire taps. If YOU approve of recording the call, that's enough to legally record it, and you DO NOT have to announce it. Google live action situations like this to learn your rights in Massachusetts. And then, COUNTERATTACK!!! Good for you, Jodi. I wish you all the best.
