Ive just recieved my second section 21 in 12 months. Im a single parent who works full time and im a good tennant. I look after the place and pay my rent on time. Its difusting that mr and my daughter are being put through this again especially as my daughter has just begun her final year at school. Being a landlord should be a social responsibility as well as an investment. We are now facing homelessness again as the market has become horrifically expensive. I work full time and work hard at not being in any debt yet i cannot afford the market rental prices. There are few council properties available and due to the broken points system we dont come neaar to qualifying for the social housing appropriate for us. The system is completly broken. It is disgusting.
