4:20 ok I NEED an explanation. How did that happen? 😨 It has a thick brushroll, anti tangle veins, how did it tangle?? I ask because I was 30 min away from buying a v10 because my current vacuum has a turbo brush & I need a screwdriver to disassemble it every time I use it. (My mum & I are having lots of hair fallout due to high chronic stress). I like that you don’t need a screwdriver to take out the Dyson brushroll. The Shark looks more fiddly. Can you help me out? A vacuum that’s not necessarily premium, handle long hair on carpet, lightweight for chronically ill people. Maybe having an easily removable brushroll. I’m desperate for advice.
