All my people are on FB, built that page since 2010, but now FB won't show my stuff to more than 1% of my followers. So I've been starting over with KZbin as primary. Been using IG, FB as secondary just to see what's working. Turns out - it's Pinterest, which I haven't done much with. I just have a few viral pins from a few years ago! Pinterest is a different sort of beast, though. But after watching your video, I think I'll limit myself to KZbin and Pinterest.

Right now I decided to focus on KZbin and contemplating your VIP option for the challenge. I don't see myself spending time creating reels that don't pay me anything. I feel like Instagram is too labor intensive and as a single mom, I don't have the time or staff for that. Based on what you point out in this video I think I will do KZbin then repurpose on tiktok.

I am trying to show up first on YT, following your advice, next would be FB just because I am so comfortable with it and then it would be IG.

It’s too hard to keep up with all platforms. I am on a few and I got burned out so I focus on Facebook and KZbin primarily.

Good topic. This is a huge challenge. Plus, adapting to each platform as they change things. It's hard to keep track of everything specific to each content type on each platform. Would like to see a follow up to this video about how to make the hard decisions about choosing that secondary platform when someone has been working on several for years.

Completely understand. I don't think it's so cut and dry in just choosing one. I feel you need to think about where do you like to hang out, where do you know your audience is hanging out, what kind of content do you like to create and where are you getting the better leads? I'm doing a case study right now tracking all my leads and seeing which platform is sending me people who actually buy from me.

Trena, I bought your video multiplier program like 6 months ago and now it is outdated. I love your content and follow you on several platforms but why keep selling the program if it is outdated. I have been working my repurposing strategy (albeit slowly, I have a lot going on) and now I feel like I should just throw it all out!

I definitely don’t think you need to throw it out, just adjust your approach. Good news, we are actually working on updating this and giving past customers the new content for free!

I don’t really consider being fully strategic on social media. I just share my KZbin videos but I don’t plan out different forms of content (text, image, poll etc) around the KZbin video for the week. I kind of just go with the flow 😅.
