spot on observation, he takes every opportunity to take a pot at labour when he should be telling us what his new plans actually are...just smoke and mirrors again and then he wants a pat on the back for increasing the defence budget just think how the army etc has been cut to the bone in recent years...how is that keeping us safe !!! Lastly no update on how HE is tackling extremists allegedly controlling our Country since his last lectern scare presentation ! Project fear is clearly still alive and kicking

Proudest achievement of the Sunak: 1. Absolute poverty: UK sees biggest rise for 30 years. The figure jumped to 12 million in 2022-2023, a rise of 600,000. 2. Britain’s record legal migration numbers. 3. We look at current government unfunded state pension and public pension liabilities and call it a ponzi scheme as it is unfunded and like to fall apart or more likely the amount promised may not be delivered. The UK government currently has almost £5 trillion worth of pension liabilities which it will have to pay in the future (£1.2 trillion for public service pensions and £3.84 trillion in respect of the state pension). Most of these are unfunded, meaning that they are largely paid out of annual tax revenues and the bill for them is being passed on to future generations because today’s government is not putting money aside to cover them.

The REFORM UK PARTY is currently running neck and neck with the Conservatives Party in recent polls and I don’t think it will be long before they overtake them. If so many people have faith in this new emerging party why does the Electorate not turn in this direction. After all they are the only party to offer a very clear and positive strategy as to how they would address all the major issues now facing our once great nation (most of which have been created by the 2 traditional parties over the last few decades)

The party is so compoletely spent and pulling in so many different directions that it's unleadable. They need to set their house in order, and that neccesitates a period in opposition.

Coalition years were good. After 2015, Tory majority, it went only down

@@spacechannelfiver Yeah I completely agree. I'm a relatively moderate lefty, but I could have gotten behind more centrist Tories, like Rory Stewart, or even Theresa May in honesty. But Brexit has torn the Conservative Party into two, and with the far right faction having such a strong pull, I think they're unelectable. I'm lukewarm about Starmer, but the Conservative Party are just not even a viable option right now. I can't imagine what goes through the mind of anything casting their vote for them in the upcoming election.

@@davidcooks2379 I'd argue that the coalition years rode on the waves of Blairite economics. As the global crash softened, the good work of the last Labour government carried for a short time before terrible Tory economics reduced government investment in our society and weakened our economy again. We expect nothing less from them though. Have the Tories ever truly improved out economy without severe long-term drawbacks? I doubt it, despite all of their branding to the contrary.
