Yeah, the show was centered around Damian and he was great at it. It unfortunate that him losing his wife had to happen. May she rest in peace. The pain the family is going through can't be imagine. Meanwhile just enjoy the nonsense show

Chuck’s privileged moralism is exhausting. His own ethical misgivings has stunted his own political ambitions and now his moral compass wants Kate to wait out her future so he can finally get his daddy to “love” and wife to “spank”him. Maybe just maybe the show will allow us to see beyond the banal veneer of his self righteousness and give him a real cause…. Himself

Spot on. But I wonder if the writers identify the inherent psychology that they’ve built with Chuck. He is growing more and more in shadows of his old man, who rationalized his actions with label of coaching Chuck. Which Chuck seems to do with Sacker and pretty much the world. I think this weakness in his personality should be used to undo him. But not sure if the writers cans ever think out side the whole Political Power vs the Capitalist Power they’ve bastardized over and over in this show.

@@kvps27 I think they do a really good job about that. Axe was someone who was screwing people over almost every chance he got, but most people still rooted for him, where as Chuck being the supposed "good guy" is clearly shown that even when he does the right thing per say, his motives are questionable at best. Prince I think does a great job of showing the gentleman villain of capitalism, who will try and do the right thing and follow the letter, but when push comes to shove, will throw it away for his own motivations, and what makes him interesting to me right now, especially after his conversation with how free wifi would hurt more in the long run is that I can't tell if he is wearing a deliberate mask, or if he truly believes it.

There was an episode in the west wing when the conversation about Africa was what needed more than anything was…. Roads… (and not Chuck Rhodes either lol)

I love how this show has "arched" from the first season until now. The cast seem to get higher up the moral and ethical ladder the more the seasons pass but are they really? Im interested in their conflict when they extend willpower out toward a greater good and sense of community at large and face headwind. Taylor prob feels burned on the free wifi play and may resent Prince after all is said and done in this season...

@@michaelfowler2603 Your assessment of Chuck is right in hindsight. However you like everyone else who watches this show has to admit he is both a criminal and hypocrite in his own right. A criminal in that he colluded with Axe to jail a semi-guilty Doctor so Wendy wouldn't end up in prison. He is a hypocrite from multiple actions he has done through out the show largely covering for his father like when he himself participated in insider trading and also tanking Ira's company Ice Juice to bait Axe like he walked into a bear trap despite wiping out most if not all the equity Ira and various other investors had staked in the company. Ira only reconciled with Chuck because he played the game getting two slices of cake each from Axe and Chuck while eating it too. Ira made Axe believe he would testify against Chuck in exchange for selling his useless Ice Juice shares at a premium to their pre-squeeze value with Axe buying Ira's engagement ring for his gold digger soon to be wife. Then Ira so blinded by what he believed to be authentic love married a gold digger without a pre-nup who was fraudulently spending his money and only Chuck was the one person and lawyer who could catch her and bully her into signing a post-nup document so she doesn't take Ira to the cleaners in a divorce. Chuck Sr. even threw his 2 cents convincing the Gold Digger to stay married to Ira and even have a kid as a project because he was implying she ain't gonna do better or get younger lmfao.

I have now watched all the episodes and read the comments. I HAVE to agree. There is something missing with this season. The writing doesnt seem to have the same edge. Its hard for me to root for chuck or prince. To.me the most interesting storyline now is Kate Sacker vs Chuck and Taylor Mason v MP. Ill wait a few weeks before watching again but not impressed thus far.

To answer your original question, "Bonnie" is a minor support character, so she's not going to be in every episode.
