Sir, you should advise people to sell NOW than latter because of potential 35% TAX ( per IMF new coditions) been imposed on property owners... that would drive the prices down even more if people hold the property... I know your business depends on behria Town property market doing well but please, think of many many poor people who invested there entire life saving in this project which is probably worth half of what people paid for along with new and ever increasing behria services charge as extra cost on top. ​@@amirbashir2439 Good luck and bad luck goes with everyone. If 35% tax is imposed, the seller of Rs 1 crore 35 lacs' property would be left with only one crore in pocket. It is an additional deduction of 3% filer (6% non-filer) tax. It means if you had bought a property of Rs 2 crore, then, after this 35% plus 3% cut, you will get only Rs 97 lacs. Now, think.
