This is SO GOOD! I thought this track wouldn´t translate well to a less breakbeat-ish style, but this works perfectly! The strings were such a genius choice

While the song is amazing, the piano you've used isnt the one used in persona 3. New york concert grand is used in Persona 4 onwards, while the Persona 3 piano is only labelled Jazz Piano and comes from a sample CD. Which is speculated to be Universal Soundbank Acoustic Piano. This piano library is not available online so when it came to my remixes in the style of meguros PS2 era i used UVI Keysuite Japanese C7 in Don't and Soundscan Vol 17 Jazz piano in Its going down now which is probably the closest we have to the original right now. This guy knows what he’s talking about. Right now, the Persona 3 piano is largely undiscovered, but those two Mineformer just mentioned are absolutely the closest we have until we find the “Jazz Piano.”

Ah thanks for the info! I'll update the description. I don't have as good of an ear when it comes to piano tones versus guitars (to my ears New York Concert Grand sounds very similar to the piano used in DDS and the like) so I've just assumed it was the same. I know that the EXS24 patch Grand Piano was also used in Persona 4 and I believe was used throughout Raidou 1's soundtrack as well (I swear I hear it in The Great Tokyo), and the Steinway Grand Piano patch is used in Aria of the Soul. I hope someone can get ahold of the sample CD sometime soon then, unfortunately there isn't much preservation in general for them. (I've heard some of your remixes as well, great stuff!)

1:48 thank you very much for this bridge part here, at least i think that's how it's called? i fell in love with the track the first few times i've hewrd it, and especially with the chorus part of it. my only gripe with the original track is that the chorus ended way too soon, thank you for extending this part albeit slightly :)

Thank you! For vocal isolation I tend to use either Lalal.ai or Moises, whichever tends to give me better results. As for the "baby" sample, I honestly just sampled the original version of Mass Destruction and had to pitch the sample for this track.

I really love listening to your remixes! Out of curiosity, is it not too late to suggest new ideas? There are shockingly few remixes of any themes from the two Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor games. It would be amazing if you were able to create a rendition of Coldheartedness from the first Devil Survivor! For reference, that's the boss theme mostly reserved for the demons with 'Bel' in their name when the player engages in direct combat with them, or vice versa.

Thanks! I honestly just use Logic Pro's built in trumpets (with some editing of course). They're very versatile and easy to make sound good. I've now gotten access to Kick Ass Brass (which is what Meguro used at the time) and while it's good, I personally feel that the Logic trumpet is much better funnily enough.
