Girl I love your channel, but I am going to be honest. I am done with Sephora. Went to Sephora today and it will be my last time. Between the sales associates who actively ignore you and the ones that have the sudden urge to reorganize the shelf right at your feet the moment you touch a tester, ugh! I have had enough. Don't get me started on the narrow aisles and the maze-like setup of the store. You're constantly dodging bodies just trying to browse for products. I just can't! For the amount of money the average customer spends, you'd think they'd optimize the shopping experience.
