Wow, sounds like you are making great progress. I think recovery time for carpal tunnel surgery depends on the procedure performed and don't take chances at shortening what your surgeon recommends. You will enjoy the results when healed. Good luck with your procedure and wishing you a speedy recovery. Thanks for watching.

Won't be long now. So much to catch up with before the snow starts. She's doing better everyday. Still loaded up on steroids to suppress her immune system and eating a limited diet. She's down 50 pounds and I am now down 15 pounds without trying . Thanks for watching.

Glad to hear everyone is in the mend first and foremost. So a little secret I haven’t announced or shown it yet on my channel. Just got a Kioti K9 and have been researching plows. KFI kept coming up aces for sure. My calculations said I should go with the 72inch? As well they seam to be pushing the synthetic rope and I just don’t see it lasting as long as a cable for a plow application? Is the poly pro just a steel blade with a coating on it?

They are very nice machines. I went with the 72 because when angled the blade still clears wide enough for the machine track width. The Sidekick had no problem pushing it. We will see with this machine. KFI plows are basically light duty plows for home use. My poly pro just has a metal frame with a plastic covering. It's actually flexible but springs right back. Only the wettest snow sticks to it plus gravel doesn’t scrape paint off. For a heavier duty plow companies like Boss, Curtis, Fisher, and factory opttions will take more abuse and are heavier at very high prices. Synthetic cable is supposed to be tougher then steel. I have never used it, so don't know if it is true. With Synthetic there is usually a short sacrificial end strap that can be easily replaced for plow use. My ATV tires dig good and don't need chains but depending on your tire choice and hills they may be needed. A couple sand tubes from home depot make a big difference. I liked the old Moose plows that were stronger but heavier and shorter. They seem to have a very limited mount selection. Right now KFI seems to be the best made in the USA option for home use. I've been thinking about trading the RTV-X towards a Polaris XP 1000 in the future because its just so slow. Thanks for watching.

@ thanks for the awesome response. Your sidekick is gas and cvt? I’m pretty hilly here and it will almost always be in Low gear. Had it on some flats yesterday in high gear and it did 30 mph without pushing it. I think you’re right the KFI seems to be a good plow for home use.
@unemployedredneckhillbilly2023Ай бұрын
Yes the Sidekick was gas and CVT. The RTV-X is diesel and hydrostatic. It tops out at 18mph on the flat.

@ yes! I tried the rtv a few weeks back. I’m sure the hydro is tough as nails but they are slow. Keep in mind though if you have hills with cvt you’ll always be in low.

The hydro pulls like a mule below 3 mph. Burried the new Kioti in mud last week and the RTV was able to get it out.

What type of connection did you use for the exhaust thru the rear window? Thanks

ABoat hull feed through. It's in the older video when I originally installed it in a Sidekick. Thanks for watching.
