I never realized that hamlets snakes are any different from the shipwrecked ones

Fun fact: in the original don't starve if you turn gobblers off snakes will have a chance of spwning in their place

If you link a don’t starve world or don’t starve reign of giants world to shipwrecked snakes will spawn from the fancy berry bushes that beard mentioned

Nice vid Beard. I will have to say. I always wanted Klei to make the snake oil apply-able to bushes. That way the player could make their own snake spawn locations. I thought it would be a fun feature. Oh well.

maxwell is OP, its sanity buff is more than 3x the buff of a tam o chanter (or dst Maxwell)

Wagstaff is available to all players regardless of DLC. Vanilla DS players can choose him.
