Vusi your conversations are so powerful and relatable, I'm from Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 my ancestors are from Africa victims of Caribbean slavery. As I step forward into this scary world of Entrepreneurship I consume your content daily to feed the inner me that sometimes have doubts. Hope to attend your master classes some day soon. Keep up the great work.

I like how you stand VT 17:12;Stand up straight with your shoulders straight - 12 Rules for Life by Jordan Peterson...13:25 mindset:I always tell people that Steve Biko was a psychologist who was way ahead of his time. He was the one person who was focused more on the black mind. He was on the same level as Vervoed, but then again he was punished for thinking... We have a lot of work to do as conscious entrepreneurs and visionary thinkers etc...otherwise, to VT and team - Salute 🔥

Mr Thembekwayo, you gave such an insightful and meaningful lesson that i think hits home in way like never before. this is a wake up call that we as the nation of colour need to sit down and reflect on ourselves and the direction at which we are headed, lest we do so, we are going to destroy the lovely nation that God has created for us very hard truth to fathom

I don’t know if you ever read the comments down here man. But you spoke the truth about us not being ready for freedom. The land was ours but the systems that the white people had developed, we had no idea of how to run them. Honestly, it’s not more MINES that we need in Africa, it’s more MINDS. You’re a blessing man!

People Are Not Yet Aware That The Cake Can Be Bigger For All Of Us To Get A Good Slice But The Scarcity Of A Strategy To Grow The Cake & The Laziness To Work Always Sabotage Our Progress. No One Is Ever Ready For The Next Chapter But The Strategies Are What Gets Us Going & Contribute Hugely In The Out Come. With That Said, In SA We Lack Decisive Thinking And Balls To Oppose/Compete.

Been ghost for a while applying what I think works. Every time I get here I learn something new. That's why I truly believe a paid subscription masterclass with a selection of your peers like those on the osmosis series, would be beneficial. I understand there would be complexities as more players would be now involved so, maybe a more refined approach is needed. So I can understand why it has not happened yet. I had a similar issue in my home town with the one you had in venda.

Watching from US. From my experience it hasn't been that I haven't wanted to multiply when I see successful blacks, it's rather opposite. THEY feel threatened and sabotage my success so that they can stay the ONE. They want to be worshipped, they want to be the only black person at the big table. ESPECIALLY if I and this person have different personalities and interests. Happened to me too many times. So I feel like I have to do things on my own and fight just to create my own seat without them.

i believe what vusi is saying about venda. im a tsonga speaking person from Malamulele and my community was not developed for years as they took the money meant for us and developed venda budgets for malamulele area would be released but all the worked would be done in venda even employment at clinics and hospitals in malamulele area for security were given to venda speaking people and posts would be released just for formality when every post had been filled this is the same for the health sector and educational sector they put each other on high positions but Tsonga people just get a few posts because all the offices are in their area. what i can say is that tribalism is killing us a black people of South Africa as a whole in every sector whether be arts and entertainment or corporate its there and if we continue to pull each other back and not work we too shall be like the israelites and go around the same mountain before we get to the promised land

When he says black people were not ready for freedom! By "freedom" what does he mean?! We were mistreated, enslaved, overworked and discriminated in our own land! That's the freedom people were fighting for. Black people not supporting each other in business has nothing to do with our FREEDOM. By the way this is a thing of the past, blacks are now supporting each other, maybe it's not happening in South Africa but it's happening in other parts of Africa and the rest of the world
