When I was taking care of my dad ( he had bone fractures in his spine, ribs, and sternum) I started my journey of researching what it takes to have strong bones. So for the last 4 yrs I take Vit D, K2 M4 and M7and Magnesium (bouncing between Malate and Glycinate) every morning with a fat. Taking the right form of magnesium is what confuses me, so thank you for the info on that as soon as I am done with my bottle I will be purchasing from you. But on the sunshine, for VD3 I was told by a clinical Dr in the family that you have to be almost naked in the sun for the body to really reap the benefits. The thing is I am taking all this so I don't go thru what my dad did. It was excruciatingly painful for him and as I told by various Drs there were no studies for men and bone depletions. His DEXA scan was pointless because there weren't national comparisons, I had a Dr hand the report back to me saying he couldn't use it. A Bone scan is what finally told us what was happening in his body although we never found the cause. Take care of yourself, watch videos like Dr. Livingood's and never stop the research.

Am I right to say that as long as we take a separate magnesium supplement in addition to D3/K2, we are good? Do you need to take these 2 supplements at the same time or I can take D3/K2 in the morning and a magnesium supplement at night? or you need a 3 in 1 supplement?

I was on D3 but haven't been for about a year. I didnt know about K2 or magnesium. Should i get back on the D3 along with getting the others? I did have some enzyme issues if i remember right and have been dealing with abnormal liver function for quite awhile. I was under impression it all was related to me gaining 130 lbs between 2020-2022/2023 which i in turn blamed on a recent diagnosis of hypothyroidism and also me turning 50 in 2022 and going thru menopause. I was under weight my whole life, even after 3 kids. Going from 115# to 245 # was scary & quite a big change. Im down to 205# now but if those 3 supplements are going to help me with my current issues then i want to use them. Please advise!! Thank you so much. Ps- ive bought both your books which im currently reading 😊

Hi, I have a long history of strep throat/ soar throat and lymph nodes inflammation pretty much since I can remember. Currently i am having a physical popping in my neck when I swallow and inflammation on the left side of the middle of my neck. When I turn my head to the left side (inflamed side) it doesn’t pop but when I keep my head centered it returns. Doctors keep telling me it’s pressure in my ear but they assume I’m meaning a popping in my ear, when there is a physical pop you can feel when I swallow. It’s been going on for 2 months now and it’s painful at times when I get hyper focused on it and end up swallowing over and over, do you have any idea or a suggestion?

Every child is incredibly unique! Our best recommendation is to consult with their healthcare provider on this. Our supplements are safe for kids to take! The only exception is we do not recommend detoxifying supplements (Detox) for kids little bodies! The general rule Dr. Livingood recommends is a proportionate dosage based on weight. E.g. If you weigh 150 lbs and your child weighs 75 lbs then you would give them 1/2 the dosage that you take. You can open any of our capsuled supplements and mix them into food, drink or smoothies for them! 🙂 -LGD Team

Depending on your stress level for magnesium. About 400 mg for women or more stress depletes magnesium The two forms I take which Have the most bioavailability Before bedtime I take magnesium glycinate because it is a relaxer and will help you sleep (200mg) Then I take magnesium malate (400mg twice daily) Because it is an Energizer. According to Dr Rhonda If you take more than 200 mg at a time if it could upset your stomach and cause diarrhea so be careful please Hope this helps
