This wonderful man was the reason i started playing guitar at the age of 15. I went through this phase of listening to every Bobby song for like 6 months. He was my first musical crush!!!

If it hadn't been for Dylan, America wouldn't have a music industry." Lay lady lay," "Don't think twice it's alright". Masterpieces. Your music starts there, and so does ours. Britain owes a lot to Dylan. He shaped the next 20 years. I have " Lay lady lay " tattooed on my chest,,so I can have the best song ever written taken with me to the hereafter. Three bars in, I'm in tears. You can put a man on the moon, and yet you can't produce good music. Ask Mr. Dylan for help. Soon. You need it.

I'm realizing my vinyl collection is worth much more than my sound system. Can't find an android I trust to flip a record, though. Somebody's got to get up every 25 minutes. Good exercise.

Great version. I still prefer the original from The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan (which is impossible to find on KZbin), though.

I believe we all do the best we can at what we think we do best But there comes a time when somebody needs to say something. I don't know if I should laugh or cry. This is like watching a guy come up to the plate and striking out every time at bat, then at the end of the season he gets the trophy for the most home runs for the season. It makes NO sense at all. If America has talent the Bob Dylan fans sure as hell don't know it. Are there actually that many tone deaf people on this planet? Or was it the drugs? NOW I understand a little better how "Obama" was elected president . This is a little scary. But as far as the song Don't Think Twice. Ole Bob better thank God for Peter ,Paul and Moses. They some how were able to milk some form of a tune out of that mess. And I don't give a damn if He's a trillionaire That poor ole boy can't sing a damn lick and His Harmonica playing would cause the man who invented it to commit suicide

Its about taste. Bob himself haa been noted to say he was a songwriter not a singer. He is a folk musician and I think what people identify with in his music is not only the simplicity but how sincere he is as well. Some of the most iconic songs that have ever been recorded were written by Bob Dylan. So, while he may not your taste he will remain a great in many peoples eyes.
