This is a fact. Those barbers on base will give you the push back special. I didn't have YT back in day but after getting one too many patch fades and Dragonball Z Vegeta line ups, I said I can do this on my own for free. When you learn how to open/close the levers, flick and brush, and get some good T Edgers and just remember to lightly tap the line lower than what you initially thought your line should be to prevent the pushback, you good.

It's honestly not hard to cut your own hair, I've been doing it for a few months honestly just start from your highest clippers then lower it by 1 until you get the desired length. For a line up just take your time and start with your dominant hand then make slight adjustments.

Idk if its cause they trash and can't do upper echelon cuts, or if they just lazy. But most cats in the Navy that care about their hair, go off base bruh.
