This is a very misleading piece of advice .. for the average design environment, you are at the mercy of stakeholders who cannot visualise flows and UX

No advice is going to apply to everyone :) but I'll say one thing... I see 10x more content preaching the exact opposite as this video. So my goal is to provide a different perspective so that people don't feel like they have to blindly follow the process anymore.
