I installed the same update on my A23 on friday and my phone went dead and isn't taking charging and it didn't power back on. Had to buy another phone A25 5G hopefully the same thing doesn't happen.

OneUi 6 and android 14 was the worst update in existence of any phone. It wont let you download basically ANY apk, slows down the phone IMMENSELY, slows down the wifi speed, and was not even asked for.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it springs to mind...I use an app called FRep to automate some mundane tasks in games I play (like pogo). Android 14 stops this app working. I know this after using my son's S24... I will not ever update my S21U or S22U

also wifi calling WON'T work with location OFF. Which is a bit intrusive. (yet worked flawlessly since android 8 and location turned off)

Since my provider doesn't support wifi calling, can't really tell, but if that's the case yeah it sucks, check on wifi intelligent settings maybe you have wifi to turn on or off automatically, that feature also needs location

hey man i just updated to ui 6 but i have a lot of bugs like my wifi is not connecting, bluetooth is not working and battery drain is much faster and the device also gets really heated. I also performed factory reset on my phone but the problem is still there. I tried contacting samsung service center and they said they will have to change the motherboard that i cannot afford because it costs like 12k. Any solutions my guy it would be really helpful since I'm a college student. Thanks.

this is Samsungs way to make you but the samcrap s 24 ultra just to fuck up the s 23 ultra If I see a 24 ultra on display at any store ill destroy it even if I get arrested it would be worth the trouble

After installing December patch I can still confirm that the battery is still not good, but other than that, it works pretty smooth, but from reading many comments, others weren't so lucky and have problems with microfone, wifi calling etc

Idk if its intended (and if it is its really stupid) but when im in a call i just cant power off my phone, the only way is to use the double tap on a blank space on the home screen thing, wich is uncomfortable to me since my home screen doesnt have any blank spaces (btw my phone is the galaxy a14 5g)

Don't think it's intended, there's just lots of bugs, everyone hast kinda different things. One more that I found was, if I put my phone to ringing, then if I receive a message, I hear the tone, but doesn't vibrate....

Hello, help😳! What to do, the new one ui 6 update has made my daughter's samsung a23 4g device seem to crash. She can't seem to get into anything or the screen isn't loading properly & then its a black screen. She had rebooted the device tons of times. This has been happening in many countries after the initial update (mostly S23) and samsung isn't saying anything. An authorized samsung dealer fixed the phone for free.
