I have a S23 but I don't post on social media, and if I do I never really care how my posts come out. So it was interesting to see how the IG app is tuned to Iphone more than samsung. It really showcases how some phones are more attuned to certain audiences than others. Adding the Samsung Flip to the mix also showed how the Flip isn't really designed for people who are posting constantly but more for people who maybe watch more movies, and just want a easy to access phone for basic needs. While the S24 Ultra is for people who may need a portable laptop in their pocket for work or other things. Such a unique video that showcases the strengths and weaknesses of all 3 phones in a real world setting.

Would definitely say that your wife gave android a more than fair attempt with using android, and it was interesting hearing about struggles your wife had with the "best android phone" currently on the market. the size complaint was also quite surprising, because a phone being "too big" was something i never really took into consideration as I have quite large hands lol. Also I would 100% be interested into hearing why you think that the iPhone is a much better work phone than an android, especially that S24U. would have 100% thought that the, larger screen real-estate and pen for signing documents would tip the scales towards the s24.

Still frustrating though because in the United States, most people have iPhones and even the android users depending on who you message, you typically can’t always send better videos to people they either get downgraded or their android isn’t upgraded or they don’t have service at the time that sends it as an RCS message or whatever The other reason may be that’s a big proponent for me is iMessage just always works. Yo, Samsung really needs to be paying you to sell their phones 😂. I swear you are one of only TWO Android KZbinrs that I trust, and watch. I am literally a diehard Apple user. I'm neck deep in the Apple ecosystem, and so are my children. You are the only person that has ever convinced me to give Samsung a try, I swear. The only reason why I don't have a S24 currently as an extra phone is because they've been sold out each time I went to pick one up at my carrier. Also, your two little munchkins are beyond adorable!

I've been fortunate enough to use devices from both companies and I have to agree with your review. At the end of the day though, it all boils down to how you use your phone on the daily and what features as well as cons can you live with. Very interesting and entertaining take on this topic, here's a sub coming your way!

@vascomorais6396 ай бұрын
Camera is not the focus on Flip phones, focus is usability and comfort in use, if you want cameras the S series exists for this
@MHK_19902 ай бұрын
@@vascomorais639 true, but when you're paying like 1400 dollars for a phone, you want the camera quality to be good. The regular base model s series phones are close to half the price of the z flip, and besides folding, they are better in every way. The z flip camera is worse than old S series phones

i also switched from a Pixel 5 to a iPhone 15 two weeks ago. here are my experiences so far: - Back gestures are implemented into most apps, but not in Twitch, for example. - Also, KZbin comments, for example. - you can swipe from both sides on android - The official Reddit app is faster - Minimize function doesn't work the same! - Long click to minimize closes the whole parent comment, but it has swipe to collapse, which is okay. - It's difficult to make any song into a ringtone. - KZbin does not rotate in any direction to full screen with locked rotation. - The selfie camera is better; maybe now I'll finally start having pictures of myself. - I miss the fingerprint sensor to bring down notifications, but I wouldn’t get this on any other phone ever again anyway. - Can't use Galaxy Watch. - No reverse wireless charging for AirPods. - Siri is trash. - Mainly noticeable during Apple CarPlay, where I actually want to use voice commands. Google Assistant can understand German and English simultaneously, but Siri only understands the language you set up. This is bad for mixing song title choices in German and English. - Can't move apps where I want on the home screen. - This is a big thing for small hands; I want apps at the bottom. - Missing that one Google Calendar widget, the big one. - The automatic insertion of codes from SMS is one of the best features - AirTag and AirPods left behind notification is the best feature. - Missing Smart Lock feature, keeping it unlocked in certain locations like at home. - Huge issue with the keyboard: - No backspace slide. - No clipboard history!!! - The Photos app is pure trash; everything is thrown into the same folder.

1:32 to be fair you could've given her a S24 instead of the ultra, it's a bit less unwieldy and still basically the same. Though who knows I'm only this far in so maybe she likes it by the end after getting used to Android.

Whenever my friend asks me which, "Which one should I buy?" I'll ask, "How much do you use social media, like uploading it not consuming it?" If the answer is rarely, anything is fine. If the answer is a lot of time, iPhone is the only choice. In the end, iPhone, if you can afford it, is almost never a wrong choice, assuming you have enough storage space and money. Android in general has subpar apps, I don't know wht, but it is... It feels like all social media apps are made by Americans that never use anything outside iPhone.

It depends though, if you use KZbin a lot for example, then Android with revanced app is a better choice, but for social media iphone apps are better, yes

At least for me,one of the main reasons I use an iPhone is that iOS just has this smoothness and fluidity to it that no android device I have used has been able to replicate.It just feels great to use Android doesn’t feel as smooth as iOS even if we’re comparing a 120 hz android to a 60 hz iPhone and apps also generally feel a lot more polished and the animations and transitions are nicer.The gestures also feel more intuitive and nicer,though I do miss universal back swipe.Also Samsung’s camera processing generally produces images which look worser than my old iPhone did despite having a much better camera setup.If I had started off on android I probably wouldn’t have cared but as someone who used iOS for most of my life and switched to android last year,I do notice all of this and find it annoying,which is why I switched back after 6 months with my fold 4.I don’t mind using an android device as a secondary device but I won’t be using one as my primary device anytime soon.I also have something called uyou+ on iPhone which works just as well,if not better than Vanced.

As much as the IP have problems with battery and IOS customisation etc. Whenever I thought of switching when going to Samsung or any of the android phones shop, I just picked up their phones and for the life of me can’t bear the thought of switching. The size is just unbeatable and after replacing my 75% battery health to a new one, the IP13mini is still very much workable.

My daily driver is my S21, it just does all the things I need no hinderance, no issue, but when I need to go somewhere where I will be taking pictures, I will grab my iP11 because I can trust it to be simply point and click when it comes to photography
