Я делала такой салат несколько лет назад .Только использовала приправу сухую для корейской моркови и 9% уксус .Получилось очень вкусно .Только стерилизовала салат в духовке 20 минут ,затем закручивала прокипячёнными крышками .Хранила в прохладном месте больше года .Пока не съели .😊Я из России ,республика Башкирия.

In America, our USDA instructs us to cover our jars by 2 inches when boiling them. And since much of that food was low acid rather than high acid we are instructed to use a pressure canner rather than a water bath canner. However, I think that would be a very nice recipe just to put in the refrigerator because if you did pressure candidate, it would probably become too soft with the zucchini.

La mayoría se conoce solo el último que puso que era oscuro y las especias. Creo qué eran pimienta, paprika o cayenne, vinagre, sal y azúcar pero no estoy muy segura con el azúcar. Saludos

She has given an ingredient list in the description. I'm sure Amazon has the special peeler (and most other stores that carry kitchen ware, I imagine). I have one but don't remember where I got it or its specific name. Edit: I did a search for "peeler to julienne," and it brought up several.
