Bought one of these second hand and more than happy with it. I use the battery straps to keep it together when down. I agree with a lot of the review but have had no issues with the trolley tipping even on some of the steeper inclines on my home course. The speed controller is a little fickle now but seen this on much more expensive trolleys as well. Speed 7 is a good walking pace for me and having to pop it onto 8-9 for hills not an issue. Certainly doing everything I want it to do.

Ah I hadn’t thought about out using the battery straps to keep it together, I wonder if they were designed for that? I agree, the sensitivity of the speed controller is no worse than Motocaddy’s. I’ve think if you keep yourself aware of the inclines around you, you won’t have any issues, but I don’t tend to do that, as shown in the video. Now that I’ve bought and used the Powakaddy FX1 and Motocaddy SE, I’m more impressed with the Ben Sayers… but it has confirmed to me that it has a less than solid feel… but I guess that’s to be expected at such a b a lower price

Good review. My wife a has a similar one to this. It has a lead acid battery rather than the Li-On which fits the tray perfectly.....and weighs a ton. Good value for the money and the limited use it gets.

Thanks Damon. Yeah those older style lead batteries are seriously heavy! Yeah a great point, if the trolley is only going to see limited use, it's value for money makes a stronger argument

How’s the bag holding up? Been looking at the Motocaddy Dry bag for a while, been searching on eBay and see a lot have broken zips!

Not issues so far, although it’s not a long term test

Not for me Kevin its to flimsy for my requirements but agree it may appeal to someone on a budget

Yeah I think there will be plenty that want something a little (or a lot) sturdier. Thanks as always for sharing Raj 👍
