greetings to you in Cali, Karla. There is only one restaurant called Chef Tony' Seafood Restaurant, located in Richmond, which is near Vancouver. how is that sauce made on the chow mein ?

You stir fry the ingredients first. Then you put in1/2 cup to 1 cup of chicken broth or water and bring to a boil. Mix a slurry of 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1/3 cup of water. Gradually add the slurry into the ingredients. The chicken broth or water with thicken into a sauce. Check some of my chow mein or stir fry recipes to see how it's done. I'm not too crazy about flaky stuff. I don't care for the crumbs falling. It remind me of those stuffed pastries with the flaky crust.😁 But must say this looks delicious. Thanks so much for sharing.😋😋😋
