Sorry for commenting so much but I just wanna say that I think Hoisin and Worchester sauce are the King and Queen of refrigerator sauces. ANYTHING, including other sauces like yours, made with either one those if going to be AMAZING!!! Delicious vid, thanks!

I know it's been said by our vietnamese ancestors that the cleaner the Broth in colour the better but I like the beefy pho most with the dark soup colour, it hits way more than chicke pho

All this talk about putting sauce in the broth reminds me of my first time having it. I was taken on a date and the guy was like "YOU HAVE TO TRY PHO" I was like I'm down. So we get to his regular place and it was amazing, I loved it!!! But the lady came over to the table and starts saying, "Stop you'll ruin it!!!" My face had been in my bowl so I had NO idea what was going on. I looked up and my date was dowsing his pho with hot sauce. When she brought it he grabbed the bottle she said something I didn't understand. But I guess after he kept putting more and more she couldn't take it, came over and made a fuss and he finally put the bottle down. Thankfully we were all three laughing by that time, but she was still giving him bombastic side-eye because he did it every time he went in, she told me later as we were leaving. This was a long time ago but if I recall correctly I believe she took the bottle from the table, LOOOLLLOOOLLLL!!!!

I hate when people douse their pho broth with hot sauce, especially when the sriracha isn't spicy, and they are just wasting the hot sauce. They know damn well they won't be finishing any of the broth in the bowl

Haha Oh man. I know for a fact the lady there was a bit hurt. She for sure took her time and heart into that broth. A good soup definitely takes a long time and heart into it and seeing people just douse it with sauce just hurts. It’s like you make a good batch of chicken noodle soup and you see your family or friend come over and just start adding bunch of things to it, to really change the whole soup.. 🥲😅

I just found it amusing that she was more concerned about the broth then offending a customer, I like that!
