There’s nothing more liberating than realizing ‘there is a God and I’m not Him’ The overwhelming stress of trying to control everything & everyone in my family - under the belief that I was right & someone had to be the leader- caused health issues and a break-down. When I was reminded of this relationship I had once had with God, turned it all over to him, accepted a lot of help, I was able to rebuild & grow & change. Took time but 10yrs later my health is better, my relationships are improved and I’m sober. Even through the illnesses & passing away of my hubby I maintained an internal peace … there used to be a bumper sticker ‘ God is my co-pilot’ but for me, he is the one driving the bus!! Time takes time, change doesn’t happen overnight, pray for patience while turning it over to Him. GBY 🙏

God doesn't care if you get angry or upset he just wants you to come to him in the name of Jesus Christ. he knows what we are faced with, the struggles burdens and fears in our lives, and He wants you to know that he will be there for you when you trust in Him, pray to Him and believe that He sent Jesus to us so we can be delivered from our sins, so He can hear our prayers in the name of Jesus Christ. It is written that the only way to God is through Jesus and I know this to be true because I believe and trust in Him. Matthew 7:21-23 King James Version; 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. I speak to Jesus every day to share my happiness and my sorrow because I want Jesus to know who I am so when i do need Gods Help my prayers will be heard. I don't pray asking Him to be rich or famous, that is something that the devil will answer. I pray to him to thank Him for all that I am already blessed with. To help me get through what i'm troubled with in whatever way He can. I don't always know what is best for me so I trust in Him with all of my heart that he will provide all of my needs as He sees fit. As His word says; “'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. '” - Jeremiah 29:11. I want to encourage all those who don't think that they can repent from sinning, say no to the sinful pleasures that they have been indulging in for so many years, that you can do it when you have faith and trust in God, believing in our Lord Jesus Christ to deliver you from the evil bondage that Satan has help us all down with for so long. Quitting an addiction is always difficult, quitting smoking is difficult, leaving a relationship that you know is bad for you is difficult, but you can do anything through God and prayers every day.... Start today and repent for your sins as you pray in Jesus name for Salvation; Acts 4:12. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. Dear Lord, Thank you for being the only way for us to receive salvation from the punishment for our sins. Please open my heart to see the truth that You are the only way of salvation....father in the heavens i pray that you show me mercy as I ask to be forgiven for my sins.....name them all and what you cant remember ask him to forgive them too. Don't stop praying, keep it up every day and you will see the difference in your life, I know that I have. You have to believe that Jesus died to save us, because how can He hear you, how can He know you, if you don't believe in your heart that He is real...Trust me He is real.
