They ARE required to at least START the records request. They are to IMMEDIATELY document and put in the request. You don’t GET the records right away, but she is obligated as a DUTY both by law and her office policy to put in the records request. Why lie when you can literally look it up? James posted the links in the description, you can go read New Mexico law and state policy yourself….

Frist step to court is a 5k retainer check to an attorney to get started on a case, if you win, will never have an award big enough to cover your time and gas to and from court let alone the attorney bill.
