Cutter Shark
When 1 monster you control (and no other cards) is targeted for an attack or with a card effect, and this card is in your hand or GY (Quick Effect): You can Tribute that monster; Special Summon this card. If this card is Special Summoned: You can activate this effect; add 1 WATER monster from your GY to your hand during the End Phase of this turn, except "Cutter Shark". You can only use each effect of "Cutter Shark" once per turn.

Well played! Bare in mind, you can target a monster with crystal shark and chain cuttershark for 2 level 5s. (Consider playing mermaid shark as a card to be tributed)

Hrmmm, i realised the description in this vid doesnt say it. But the image post thing in community puts when opponent targets. So I'm not sure now i guess. Have to check it

@@awesomelord2536 I checked the community post, and it has the same exact description. I'm having this same discussion on the post with someone else, and he's telling me he has 'seen it somewhere' and that the post is wrong. I looked at yugipedia, ygorganisation and master duel meta. They all have the same description I quoted.

Do you do all the card scripting yourself or is there anything you do to speed up the process? Sometimes I´d also want some cards rather sooner than later but i have now knowledge regarding any kind of scripting....

Have you tried updating the game? or download edopro again? New cards sometimes take a while to appear in the game, you have to wait a while
